- Develop and manage retail sales performance by store to achieve targets.
- Evaluate and manage Beauty Consultant (BC) productivity and individual sales results based on KPIs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the area and key products through sales monitoring.
- Communicate competitive marketing activities to management.
- Ensure BCs adhere to selling guidelines and express brand values through customer service.
- Motivate BCs to foster team spirit and goal orientation.
- Conduct regular counter visits and ensure BC development through coaching and appraisals.
- Propose development plans to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Manage BCs' daily activities, including holiday schedules, working hours, and training schedules.
- Recruit qualified BCs and allocate them to counters.
- Perform duties related to occupational health and safety for retail employees as a supervisor.
- Supervise and execute promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department.
- Negotiate with department stores for visuals and promotional events.
- Manage preparation and feedback reports for each promotional event.
- Deliver messages, purposes, and action plans at each promotional event to BCs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, primarily in a retail manager role or trade marketing with department store distribution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent self-driven spirit, team player, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time to counters.
- People-oriented supervisory skills.
- Customer and sales focus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Business acumen, analytical mind, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and charisma to lead assigned counters.
A minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, with a focus on retail management or trade marketing in department store distribution.
