Make Up For Ever Regulatory Affairs Project Manager

- Ensure compliance of cosmetic products with international regulations, including China and Europe.
- Prepare and submit product registration or renewal dossiers to relevant authorities.
- Manage CPNP and international notifications.
- Update product information dossiers (DIP).
- Support markets during product launches and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing) and external partners (suppliers, authorities) on regulatory aspects of projects.
- Provide regulatory support to distributors and consumers.
- Train internal teams on regulatory requirements and assist during inspections.
- Maintain a comprehensive regulatory watch on French and international regulations.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to regulatory changes.
- Master's degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
