1. Ensure compliance of cosmetic products with international regulations, including China and Europe.
2. Prepare and submit product registration or renewal dossiers to relevant authorities.
3. Manage CPNP and international notifications.
4. Update product information dossiers (DIP).
5. Support markets during product launches and regulatory changes.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing) and external partners (suppliers, authorities) on regulatory aspects of projects.
7. Provide regulatory support to distributors and consumers.
8. Train internal teams on regulatory requirements and assist during inspections.
9. Maintain a comprehensive regulatory watch on French and international regulations.
10. Identify risks and opportunities related to regulatory changes.

1. Master's degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
3. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
