- Ensure visual merchandising presentations align with global brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, retail teams, and HQ VMD team to implement regional strategies.
- Manage and validate forecast planning and ordering of Point of Sales Material and Makeup Grids.
- Develop regional product launch plans, including planograms and animation guidelines.
- Lead installation and implementation of visual guidelines across stores.
- Co-lead visual merchandising for new store openings, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Validate and support the rollout of new gondolas in the region.
- Support product launch animations and events, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Compile reports for HQ on POS distribution, VM launches, and counter openings.
- Propose in-store improvements based on competitive analysis.
- Occasional travel to support key projects and market visits.
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial/Graphic Design or Architecture.
- 2-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic Excel skills. IWD proficiency preferred.
- 3D design knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong sense of urgency and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with commitment to collaborative work.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the retail industry, with a preference for experience in the cosmetics sector.
Diploma or Degree in Industrial/Graphic Design or Architecture.
