Quality Control Technician

Make Up For Ever, a French brand founded in 1984 by Dany Sanz, is part of the LVMH group, a global leader in luxury. The brand is distributed in over 55 countries and 3300 points of sale worldwide, employing more than 1,400 people globally, including 350 in France.

1. Ensure product compliance for safe consumer use.
2. Conduct organoleptic, aesthetic, and functional analyses of bulk, components, and finished products.
3. Handle continuous improvement projects, including document drafting.
4. Act as a backup for the Quality Control Laboratory Manager, organizing laboratory workload and managing urgent requests.

1. Degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or microbiology (Bac+2/+3).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
2. Knowledge of cosmetic products and quality regulations (ISO 22716 and ISO 2859).
3. Dynamic, autonomous, and organized with the ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
4. Curious with strong initiative and teamwork skills.
5. Good communication skills in both oral and written forms.
6. Fluency in French; English is a plus.

Minimum 3 years in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.

Two days of onboarding at the Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris. Participation in internal activities such as climate workshops, e-learning development, and product testing. Membership in LVMH's Employee Resource Groups and mentoring programs.
