- Develop and execute the product strategy for Travel Retail APAC in alignment with global brand priorities and market needs.
- Partner with Area Managers to define forecast ambition by market and ensure accurate forecasting and allocation of new launches, testers, gratis, and promotion support.
- Oversee full product lifecycle management from launch to phase-out, ensuring timely execution and market relevance.
- Define product positioning and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Review product assortment productivity regularly, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities to optimize or evolve the portfolio to drive incremental sales.
- Lead the development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Travel Retail Exclusive Kits (TREX), ensuring continuous supply and competitiveness.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and make actionable recommendations for assortment strategy and TREX innovation.
- Prepare and customize launch decks and toolkits for internal and external presentations.
- Collaborate with HQ to adapt global launch assets for the Travel Retail channel and provide timely feedback on market, category, and competitor insights.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of trade marketing campaigns and in-store activities in partnership with the Commercial team.
- Ensure timely and seamless execution of launch activations through cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising on planograms and franchise visibility to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.
- Manage the GWP (Gift with Purchase) allocation and deployment across markets, ensuring strong ROI and brand image adherence.
- Work with duty-free operators to plan and execute animation campaigns and activations at key locations.
- Analyze industry reports to identify trends and opportunities for strategic planning.
- Consolidate and report on monthly SISO performance, new launches performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of assortment strategy and marketing activities.
- Proactively track competitor promotions and animations, sharing insights to strengthen future brand plans.
- Support the operational execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of collaterals and tools to counters.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing events and presentations and ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor and track trade marketing budget usage and ensure timely processing of relative invoices.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Marketing Executives and Trainee, providing clear goal-setting, ongoing feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by promoting open communication, shared accountability, and cross-functional synergy.
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on product marketing experience or trade marketing experience, with prior experience in Travel Retail being advantageous.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Proactive and solutions-focused.
- Skilled in managing multiple timelines, stakeholder inputs, and moving parts across functions and markets.
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills to make data-informed recommendations.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Genuinely curious about Travel Retail, passionate about beauty, and understands the nuances of brand storytelling, assortment planning, and shopper behavior.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on product marketing or trade marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Travel Retail environment.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
