- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Korean market, aligned with the company's objectives and sales targets.
- Communicate marketing strategies clearly to relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Prepare and execute annual marketing and promotional plans, including new product launches and support for existing products.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to forecast realistic quantities of promotional items and new products.
- Monitor and update the marketing mix for the Makeup category, analyzing market trends and competitor positioning.
- Establish annual product forecasts and monitor product performance, recommending solutions for underperforming products.
- Analyze sales results and market reactions post-launch, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Propose yearly sales targets and monitor actual sales against forecasts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Manage stock control through regular meetings with the planning team, addressing issues related to product availability and demand.
- Monitor gross margins and profitability, adjusting product mixes to meet financial objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or FMCG.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry, makeup products, and consumer behavior.
- Analytical thinking with a strong grasp of statistical insights.
