Make Up For Ever Product Development Project Manager

- Define development schedules for the product portfolio.
- Assess project feasibility by consulting with development and quality experts, identifying risks, and determining associated action plans.
- Directly coordinate project progress with subcontractors.
- Lead bi-monthly project review meetings with Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and LVMH Laboratory teams.
- Organize crisis meetings for projects at risk, proactively proposing solutions and action plans.
- Report development, quality, and supply alerts during weekly reviews with relevant teams and managers.
- Convey alerts and action plans or decision needs for monthly steering meetings with Marketing, Operations, and Business directors.
- Manage modifications (reformulation, repackaging, transfer) for assigned catalog references.
- Ensure the cost, quality, and timeline viability of the entire portfolio.
- Act as the primary contact for Marketing regarding the portfolio.
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent university degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product development and coordination with subcontractors.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability to manage unforeseen circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, in a professional context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in product development, with experience in coordinating with subcontractors.
Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent.
