1. Define development timelines for the product portfolio.
2. Assess project feasibility by collaborating with development and quality experts, identifying risks, and determining associated action plans.
3. Coordinate directly with subcontractors to monitor project progress.
4. Lead bi-monthly project review meetings with Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and LVMH Laboratory teams.
5. Organize crisis meetings for projects at risk, proactively proposing solutions and action plans.
6. Report development, quality, and supply alerts during weekly reviews with relevant teams and managers.
7. Present alerts and action plans or decision needs during monthly steering meetings with Marketing, Operations, and Business directors.
8. Manage modifications (reformulation, repackaging, transfer) for assigned catalog references.
9. Ensure cost, quality, and timeline viability for the entire portfolio.
10. Act as the primary contact for Marketing regarding the portfolio.

1. Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent university degree.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, ideally with subcontractor coordination experience.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Analytical thinking and synthesis abilities.
6. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, in a professional context.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent.
