Make Up For Ever Product Development Marketing Manager

- Conduct comprehensive analysis and monitoring of market trends, economic, sociological, and cultural factors affecting the product environment.
- Oversee end-to-end product development processes, including concept creation, brief development, packaging documentation, and formula validation.
- Define product offerings aligned with the brand's economic and technical feasibility objectives, including positioning, formulation, and pricing.
- Manage allocated project budgets effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a focus on marketing development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing development, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent command of English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, ideally in the cosmetics sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
