Make Up For Ever Product Development Manager

- Ensure the viability of cost, quality, and timeline for all projects within the portfolio, including launches and catalog modifications.
- Define development timelines and assess project feasibility in collaboration with development, quality experts, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project progress with subcontractors and lead bi-monthly project review meetings with development, purchasing, supply chain, marketing, and laboratory teams.
- Communicate alerts and associated action plans to executive management during weekly and monthly meetings.
- Manage financial milestones of projects, including COGS and GM targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing within the assigned scope, forming a partnership with the Marketing Group Leader.
- Supervise and mentor two junior project managers, overseeing their workload and supporting their development and reporting.
- Lead process and tool optimization initiatives in collaboration with the Product Development Project Manager of the other division.
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field with a focus on project management.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in new product development, with at least one experience in cosmetics and project management.
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional-level English.
- Ability to lead and challenge teams effectively.
- Motivated by the challenge of developing high-performance, innovative makeup products.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, particularly in cosmetics, with a strong emphasis on project management.
Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
