Product Development Manager

- Ensure the viability of cost, quality, and timeline for all projects in the portfolio, including launches and catalog modifications.
- Define development schedules for the assigned portfolio.
- Assess project feasibility with development experts, quality teams, and subcontractors, identifying risks and determining action plans.
- Coordinate development progress with subcontractors.
- Lead bi-monthly project review meetings with Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and LVMH Laboratory teams.
- Share alerts and associated action plans at executive meetings.
- Coordinate financial milestones for projects, including COGS and GM targets.
- Act as the main contact for Marketing within the assigned scope.
- Manage two junior project managers, overseeing their workload and development.
- Lead process and tool optimization projects in collaboration with the Product Development Project Manager of the other division.
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent university degree in project management.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in new product development, with at least one experience in cosmetics and project management.
- Experience in coordination with subcontractors is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional English (oral and written).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in cosmetics and project management.
Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent university degree in project management.
Two days of onboarding, participation in internal company activities, access to Employee Resource Groups and mentoring programs, and membership in the LVMH ecosystem.
