1. Ensure the cost, quality, and timeline viability of all projects within the portfolio, including new launches and catalog modifications.
2. Define development schedules and assess project feasibility with internal experts and subcontractors.
3. Coordinate development progress with subcontractors.
4. Lead bi-monthly project review meetings with Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and LVMH Laboratory teams.
5. Communicate alerts and associated action plans to executive levels during weekly and monthly meetings.
6. Manage financial milestones of projects, including COGS and GM targets.
7. Serve as the primary contact for Marketing, forming a partnership with the Marketing Group Leader.
8. Manage and mentor a junior project manager, overseeing their workload and supporting their development.
9. Collaborate with the other Product Development Manager to lead process and tool optimization initiatives.

1. Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field with a focus on project management.
2. 7 to 8 years of experience in new product development, with at least one experience in cosmetics and project management.
3. Experience coordinating with subcontractors is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in product development, particularly in cosmetics and project management.

Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
