- Oversee the development of new product launches from marketing brief to distribution, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal development experts, subcontractors, and the LVMH laboratory to assess project feasibility, identify risks, and devise action plans.
- Lead weekly project review meetings with Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and the LVMH Laboratory, proposing and challenging action plans.
- Communicate project alerts and associated action plans to executive levels during weekly meetings.
- Drive the validation of financial milestones in a timely manner.
- Manage catalog modifications, including reformulations and repackaging, with the support of a project manager.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Marketing department for assigned projects.
- Mentor and manage the project manager, overseeing workload and supporting alert reporting.
- Lead process and tool optimization initiatives, such as Asana, and monitor service KPIs.
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field with a focus on project management.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in new product development, with at least one experience in cosmetics and project management.
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
- Strong ability to unite and challenge teams.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Motivation to develop innovative, high-performance makeup products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional-level English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
