- Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development projects, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Define project development schedules and assess feasibility in collaboration with internal experts and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to advance product developments.
- Lead weekly project review meetings with cross-functional teams, including Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and the LVMH Laboratory.
- Report project alerts and associated action plans to senior management during weekly sessions.
- Drive the validation of financial milestones for projects.
- Manage catalog modifications, including reformulations and repackaging, with the support of a project manager.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Marketing department for assigned projects.
- Mentor and manage a project manager, overseeing workload and development, and supporting alert reporting.
- Lead process and tool optimization initiatives, tracking and enhancing service KPIs.
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field with a focus on project management.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in new product development, with at least one experience in cosmetics and project management.
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and curiosity, coupled with dynamism.
- Strong team leadership and challenge management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Motivated by the challenge of developing innovative, high-performance makeup products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional English (oral and written).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on cosmetics and project management.
Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent.
