- Develop and implement PR and influence strategies, including creating guidelines and casting with the content team.
- Create and manage press kits for market distribution, coordinating with marketing and creative teams.
- Assist in market management by collecting reports and best practices.
- Research and update influencer and Make Up Artist databases, monitoring performance metrics.
- Prepare and oversee press and product shipments to influencers and Make Up Artists.
- Organize brand events such as masterclasses, European launch parties, academy events, press days, and photoshoots.
- Contribute to Fashion Week planning and execution, occurring four times annually.
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis on PR and influence trends, beauty sector developments, and influencer activities.
- Compile quarterly reports on notable Make Up Artist achievements.
- Manage PR product inventory.
- Contribute to the development of RSE communication strategies focusing on key commitments like Vitiligo & Pride for internal and external platforms.
- Draft content in French and English, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
- Participate in briefing and project management for photo and video content creation in collaboration with the Image and Content teams.
- Organize internal and external RSE events in partnership with the French Vitiligo Association.
- Enhance RSE communication through influencer engagement, identifying profiles for Vitiligo & Pride campaigns globally.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Communication.
- Previous experience in a Communication department through internships or apprenticeships is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
- Strong synthesis skills for clear and effective writing.
- Organized, meticulous, and responsible with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level experience, ideally with prior exposure to a communication department through internships or apprenticeships.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Communication.
