- Evaluate the technical feasibility of new packaging projects, ensuring alignment with industrial constraints and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to propose eco-friendly packaging solutions.
- Translate marketing and design requirements to packaging suppliers and manufacturers.
- Participate in supplier selection by drafting technical briefs and specifications.
- Oversee the technical development and industrialization of packaging, including the creation of development timelines.
- Manage the design and validation of technical plans, and update component specifications with selected suppliers.
- Ensure packaging compliance with quality and regulatory standards in collaboration with the quality service.
- Align developed packaging with production lines and participate in pre-series and production launches.
- Analyze potential risks with project teams and implement contingency plans.
- Maintain packaging activity indicators and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including Quality, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Suppliers.
- Conduct technological watch on products, processes, and materials to propose innovative and eco-friendly solutions.
- Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and curiosity
- Dynamic and proactive approach
- Experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization, preferably in the perfumes and cosmetics sector
- Ability to synthesize information and entrepreneurial spirit
- Teamwork skills in a changing environment
- Familiarity with marketing interfaces
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
3 to 5 years of experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization, preferably within the perfumes and cosmetics industry.
Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC)
