Packaging Development Project Manager

- Evaluate the feasibility of new packaging briefs from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with creative teams and propose eco-friendly solutions.
- Translate marketing and design requirements to packaging suppliers and contractors.
- Participate in tenders with the purchasing department by drafting technical briefs and specifications.
- Manage the technical development and industrialization of packaging.
- Create and update technical specifications with selected suppliers.
- Ensure packaging compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Suppliers.
- Conduct technological watch to propose innovative and eco-friendly solutions.
- Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
- Experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes.
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
3 to 5 years of experience in technical packaging development, ideally in the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).
