Packaging Development Project Manager

1. Evaluate the feasibility of new packaging briefs from a technical perspective.
2. Collaborate with creative teams and propose eco-friendly solutions.
3. Translate marketing and design requirements to packaging suppliers and contractors.
4. Participate in tenders with the purchasing department by drafting technical briefs and specifications.
5. Manage the technical development and industrialization of packaging.
6. Create and update technical specifications with selected suppliers.
7. Ensure packaging compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
8. Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Suppliers.
9. Conduct technological watch to propose innovative and eco-friendly solutions.

1. Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
4. Experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization.
5. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes.
6. Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.

3 to 5 years of experience in technical packaging development, ideally in the perfumes and cosmetics sector.

Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).
