1. Evaluate the technical feasibility of new packaging briefs and collaborate with creative teams to propose eco-friendly solutions.
2. Translate marketing and design team requirements to packaging suppliers and manufacturers.
3. Participate in supplier selection by drafting technical briefs and specifications for tenders.
4. Oversee the technical development and industrialization of packaging, including establishing technical development timelines and graphic chains.
5. Manage the design and validation of technical plans, and update technical specifications with selected suppliers.
6. Ensure packaging compliance with quality and regulatory standards in collaboration with the quality department.
7. Align developed packaging with production lines and attend industrial pre-series and production launches.
8. Analyze potential project risks, propose contingency solutions, and implement associated action plans.
9. Maintain packaging indicators in the department's activity tracker and escalate issues to management when necessary.
10. Coordinate with various stakeholders including Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Suppliers.
11. Conduct technological watch on products, processes, and materials to propose innovative and eco-friendly solutions.

1. Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
4. Experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization, preferably in the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
5. Ability to synthesize information, entrepreneurial spirit, and teamwork capability in a changing environment.
6. Familiarity with marketing interfaces.
7. Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

3 to 5 years of experience in technical packaging development and product industrialization, ideally within the perfumes and cosmetics sector.

Degree from a specialized school in packaging development (e.g., ESIREIMS-ESEPAC).
