- Actively participate in the monthly closing of accounts, including calculating accounting provisions and stock depreciation analysis.
- Conduct monthly meetings with operational departments to identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and analyze business plans during the development of new products, assessing medium-term impacts on franchise margins.
- Contribute to the annual calculation and simulation of standard costs.
- Actively participate in budget preparation, challenging inputs for optimization and rationalization.
- Develop new reporting formats and provide ad-hoc support to the finance team during budget revisions.
- Mentor an intern in closing processes and innovation projects.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial control or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with databases (ACCESS), VBA, and accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify financial concepts.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or related finance roles.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
