- Actively participate in the monthly closing of accounts and monitor operating expenses for specific headquarters teams.
- Assist in analyzing budget progress and calculating accounting provisions.
- Participate in monthly meetings with all Operational Departments.
- Support the Operations and Marketing Finance Manager and the operational controller in updating summary presentations.
- Alert in case of budget overruns and propose corrective actions.
- Identify risks and opportunities and prepare summaries presenting results.
- Contribute to the preparation or revision of budgets.
- Participate in the construction process (Budgets / Revisions / Strategic Plans).
- Consolidate global inventory.
- Construct part of the HQ information with direct contact with the relevant budget managers.
- Assist in updating Business Plans for launches and product sheets.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, Economics, Management, or Accounting with initial experience in financial control or budget management.
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables).
- Attention to detail and commitment.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Interest in information and accounting systems (AX is a plus).
- Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible to adapt to varying demands.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level position suitable for students with initial experience in financial control or budget management.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, Economics, Management, or Accounting.
