- Lead multiple product launches annually, from assortment definition to market introduction.
- Establish and monitor sales forecasts for innovations, promotions, and product discontinuations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy for each launch.
- Ensure the coherence of activation plans across the European market.
- Support Area Managers in implementing localized 360° marketing plans.
- Conduct kick-off meetings with Sephora and oversee activation follow-ups throughout the launch.
- Coordinate all activation plan elements: trade, digital, CRM, social media, education, etc.
- Manage e-retail product listings and Sephora references.
- Collaborate with European and International Communication teams to develop Sephora-adapted social media content.
- Conduct regular market, trend, and competitive analysis.
- Track and analyze launch results to measure the effectiveness of 360° plans.
- Prepare monthly performance reports on product lines and promotions by country.
- Identify optimization opportunities to maximize brand growth and visibility.
- Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Initial experience in operational marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong business acumen, with a high degree of rigor and autonomy.
- Agility, curiosity, and proactivity, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong persuasive abilities.
Entry-level experience in operational marketing, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Master's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
