1. Prepare forecasts for point-of-sale materials and products in advance of launches.
2. Ensure the production of visuals and update 3D planograms in alignment with commercial strategy.
3. Draft guidelines for logistics providers.
4. Oversee deployment from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and commercial requirements under supervision.
5. Maintain consistency of visuals and merchandising with brand image.
6. Support the organization of trade shows and internal events, including partnerships with Sephora.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Ability to respond swiftly to unforeseen challenges to ensure timely implementation.
5. Interest in project management and a desire to develop in this field.
6. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
