1. Serve as a liaison between marketing, commercial, digital, and visual merchandising teams.
2. Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives and compiling reports such as promotion calendars and in-store activities.
3. Build and update sell-out reports and monitor competitive initiatives.
4. Manage and track products and lab samples for launches and events.
5. Coordinate and create locally produced collaterals while ensuring brand adherence.
6. Assist in the development and rollout of Travel Retail Exclusive Kits and monitor competitors’ activities.
7. Support the coordination of key events such as PR events, expert seminars, and regional meetings.
8. Provide administrative support, including submitting quotations for purchase order creation and liaising with suppliers.

1. Commitment to a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
2. Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and confidentiality.
4. Ability to articulate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese due to the nature of the Travel Retail business.
