3. Optimize marketing expenditures and maximize investment efficiency through integrated marketing resource allocation to meet P&L targets.
4. Drive continuous improvement of brand image, ensuring global standards are implemented in all executions.
5. Maintain close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operating systems.
6. Build and lead a strong team to achieve results, including talent development, coaching, and evaluation.
7. Envision future organizational development and prepare the team accordingly.
