- Develop and optimize course materials for intensive and long-term training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Qualiopi, RNCP, and France Compétences standards, including the application of competency frameworks and evaluation methods.
- Serve as the primary contact for student internships in long-term training, coordinating closely with communication and marketing departments.
- Manage course schedules and coordinate external instructors, ensuring budget efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation and production of online course content.
- Actively participate in events such as open houses and trade shows, collaborating with sales administration, communication, and reception teams to promote the Academy and brand.
- Deliver expert-level instruction in professional makeup for intensive and long-term training, ensuring the achievement of predefined learning objectives.
- Continuously assess and provide constructive feedback on student competencies to foster excellence.
- Optimize the learning environment by managing classroom preparation and logistics.
- Represent MAKE UP FOR EVER's professional excellence by conveying the brand's culture, techniques, and product expertise.
- Diploma from a recognized makeup school or equivalent level.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the makeup industry, including a successful initial experience in teaching or training.
- Strong artistic sensibility and a penchant for modern aesthetic trends.
- Expert mastery of makeup techniques across various domains (beauty, fashion, artistic, photography, bridal, cinema), with in-depth knowledge of trends, products, and market.
- Excellent pedagogical skills, charisma, and oral fluency, capable of engaging and guiding diverse audiences.
- Professional communication and fluent writing skills in French and English, with the ability to teach in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and client satisfaction focus.
- Agile, proactive, and autonomous mindset with a high capacity for adaptation.
- Rigorous organization and effective priority management.
- Proficiency in digital tools: social media (Instagram, Pinterest) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Curiosity and active monitoring of industry innovations and trends.
Minimum 5 years in the makeup industry, including experience in pedagogy or training.
Diploma from a recognized makeup school or equivalent.
