- Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized customer service, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Engage with customers to advise and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct and animate masterclasses.
- Maintain the work environment, including updating testers, organizing displays, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and brand objectives.
- Prepare monthly quantitative and qualitative reports for management.
- Adhere to Sephora's internal procedures and training guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to create and implement exclusive in-store promotions.
- Establish professional relationships with makeup department heads and store directors.
- Conduct on-floor training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
- Share makeup tips and techniques with Sephora advisors to enhance brand presence.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by Sephora.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales.
- Familiarity with the selective retail environment and Sephora's unique characteristics.
- Expertise in makeup application.
- Excellent salesmanship, enthusiasm, and dynamism.
- Public speaking and impactful communication skills.
- Challenge-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and imaginative with strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language is beneficial.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics sales industry.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; additional makeup school diploma preferred.
