Make Up For Ever Makeup and Sales Specialist

- Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and loyalty building.
- Engage with clients to advise and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct masterclasses to educate and inspire clients.
- Maintain the workspace, including changing testers, organizing displays, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Contribute to team success by meeting sales targets and brand objectives.
- Prepare monthly quantitative and qualitative reports for management.
- Develop and maintain commercial partnerships with Sephora, respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive in-store animations.
- Foster professional relationships with makeup department managers and store directors.
- Conduct in-store training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
- Share makeup tips and techniques with store advisors to enhance Make Up For Ever's presence.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the brand.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Familiarity with the selective retail environment and Sephora's unique characteristics.
- Essential makeup expertise and excellent salesmanship.
- Public speaking and impactful communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and challenge-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics sales domain.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is a plus.
