1. Represent Make Up For Ever within Sephora stores, leveraging makeup artistry and sales acumen to enhance sales volume.
2. Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and loyalty building.
3. Engage in product demonstrations and masterclass facilitation.
4. Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring hygiene standards and product displays are upheld.
5. Contribute to team success by striving to meet sales targets and brand objectives.
6. Conduct monthly reporting to management, adhering to provided briefs and guidelines.
7. Foster a professional and trusting relationship with Sephora teams, adhering to internal procedures and training protocols.
8. Deliver on-the-floor training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
9. Share makeup tips and techniques with Sephora advisors to enhance brand affinity.
10. Propose and execute exclusive in-store events in collaboration with management and Sephora leadership.

1. Diploma in aesthetics or commerce.
2. Graduation from a makeup school is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetics sales.
4. Familiarity with the selective retail environment and Sephora's unique characteristics.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in another foreign language is a plus.
