- Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including active listening, makeup application, and sharing tips to foster customer loyalty.
- Engage with customers to advise and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct and animate masterclasses.
- Maintain a tidy and hygienic work environment, including changing testers and organizing displays.
- Contribute to the team’s success by striving to meet sales targets and brand objectives.
- Submit monthly quantitative and qualitative reports to managers.
- Develop and maintain commercial partnerships with Sephora, adhering to internal procedures and collaborating on exclusive in-store events.
- Establish a professional and trusting relationship with store managers and makeup division leaders.
- Conduct ongoing training for Sephora’s color teams, especially during new product launches.
- Share makeup tips and techniques with store advisors to enhance Make Up For Ever’s presence.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the store.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales.
- Familiarity with the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
- Expertise in makeup application.
- Strong sales skills, with enthusiasm and dynamism.
- Public speaking and impactful communication abilities.
- Challenge-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, imaginative, and commercially minded.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in cosmetics sales, with a focus on selective retail environments such as Sephora.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is a plus.
