Make Up For Ever Makeup and Sales Expert

- Provide professional and personalized customer service, including makeup application and sharing beauty tips.
- Engage with customers to promote and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct and lead masterclasses.
- Maintain the presentation and hygiene of the sales environment, including updating testers and organizing displays.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and brand objectives.
- Prepare monthly reports for management, following provided guidelines.
- Develop and implement exclusive in-store promotions in collaboration with Sephora management.
- Foster professional relationships with store management and makeup department leads.
- Conduct training sessions for Sephora staff, especially during product launches.
- Share makeup techniques and tips to enhance brand presence in stores.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by Sephora.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Expertise in makeup application and sales techniques.
- Strong knowledge of the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proactive, imaginative, and commercially driven.
- Fluent in English and French; additional language skills are beneficial.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics sales industry is required.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
