- Provide exceptional, professional, and personalized customer service, including makeup application and product advice.
- Engage in active selling and promotion of Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the store environment, including hygiene and product displays.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Develop commercial partnerships with Sephora, including planning and executing exclusive in-store events.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff, particularly during product launches.
- Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
- Report monthly on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Expertise in makeup application and sales techniques.
- Strong understanding of the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Creative and proactive with strong commercial acumen.
- Fluency in both English and French; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry is required.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; additional training in makeup is beneficial.
