- Represent Make Up For Ever in three Parisian stores, utilizing makeup artistry and sales acumen to enhance sales volume.
- Strengthen commercial partnerships with local stores by proposing and implementing distinctive local events.
- Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Engage with customers to advise and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct masterclasses and maintain the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets set by management.
- Submit monthly quantitative and qualitative reports to managers.
- Respect internal procedures and collaborate with Sephora management to create exclusive in-store events.
- Foster professional relationships with makeup department managers and store directors.
- Conduct in-store training for Sephora staff, particularly during product launches, and share makeup techniques to promote Make Up For Ever.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the brand.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a degree from a makeup school is advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Expertise in makeup application and sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the selective retail environment and Sephora's specificities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, public speaking ability, and impactful communication.
- Proactive, imaginative, and strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent in English and French; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
A minimum of 2 years in cosmetic sales is required.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; additional makeup school certification is a plus.
