- Represent Make Up For Ever and sell its products using makeup artistry and sales skills to increase sales volume.
- Strengthen commercial partnerships with local stores by proposing and implementing unique local events.
- Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and loyalty building.
- Animate masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to team success by achieving sales and brand objectives.
- Conduct monthly reporting to managers according to briefs and guidelines.
- Develop commercial partnerships with Sephora by respecting internal procedures and collaborating on exclusive events.
- Establish professional and trusting relationships with makeup department managers and store directors.
- Conduct training sessions for store teams, especially during product launches, and share makeup tips and techniques.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the brand.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Expertise in makeup and excellent sales skills.
- Strong knowledge of the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and public speaking ability.
- Proactive, imaginative, and strong commercial acumen.
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years in cosmetic sales.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; makeup school diploma preferred.
