1. Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, identifying their needs and offering expert makeup application and advice.
2. Engage actively with customers to promote and sell Make Up For Ever products, ensuring customer loyalty.
3. Conduct masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
4. Contribute to the team's success by achieving sales targets and reporting monthly to managers.
5. Develop and maintain commercial partnerships with Sephora, respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive in-store animations.
6. Establish professional relationships with store directors and makeup department managers.
7. Conduct in-store training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches, and share makeup techniques to enhance brand presence.
8. Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the brand.

1. Diploma in aesthetics or commerce, with a makeup school diploma being advantageous.
2. 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales.

1. Expertise in makeup application and sales techniques.
2. Strong knowledge of the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities.
4. Proactive, imaginative, and commercially driven.
5. Fluency in both English and French, with additional languages being a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in cosmetics sales is required.

Diploma in aesthetics or commerce, with additional makeup school credentials preferred.
