- Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, identifying their needs and offering expert makeup application and advice.
- Engage actively with customers to promote and sell Make Up For Ever products, ensuring customer loyalty.
- Conduct masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving sales targets and reporting monthly to managers.
- Develop and maintain commercial partnerships with Sephora, respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive in-store animations.
- Establish professional relationships with store directors and makeup department managers.
- Conduct in-store training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches, and share makeup techniques to enhance brand presence.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the brand.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce, with a makeup school diploma being advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales.
- Expertise in makeup application and sales techniques.
- Strong knowledge of the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities.
- Proactive, imaginative, and commercially driven.
- Fluency in both English and French, with additional languages being a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in cosmetics sales is required.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce, with additional makeup school credentials preferred.
