- Engage, advise, and sell Make Up For Ever products.
- Conduct masterclasses and maintain the work environment, ensuring hygiene standards and display organization.
- Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and brand objectives.
- Deliver monthly quantitative and qualitative reports to managers.
- Develop commercial partnerships with Sephora, respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive animations.
- Establish professional relationships with makeup axis managers and store directors.
- Conduct in-store training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
- Share makeup tips and techniques with store advisors to enhance brand presence.
- Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by Sephora.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
- Familiarity with the selective retail environment and Sephora's unique characteristics.
- Makeup expertise.
- Excellent salesmanship, enthusiasm, and dynamism.
- Public speaking and impactful communication skills.
- Challenge-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, imaginative, and strong commercial acumen.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics sales industry.
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is a plus.
