Makeup and Sales Expert

Make Up For Ever, a French brand founded in 1984 by Dany Sanz, is part of the LVMH group, a global leader in luxury. The brand is distributed in over 55 countries and 3300 points of sale worldwide, employing more than 1,400 people globally, including 350 in France.

1. Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including makeup applications and sharing tips.
2. Engage, advise, and sell Make Up For Ever products.
3. Conduct masterclasses and maintain the work environment.
4. Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets.
5. Ensure monthly reporting to the manager.
6. Respect internal procedures and establish a professional relationship with Sephora teams.
7. Conduct training for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
8. Share makeup tips and techniques with Sephora advisors.
9. Propose and implement exclusive animations in collaboration with the manager and Sephora management teams.

1. Graduate from a beauty or business school; a makeup school diploma is a plus.
2. 2 years of sales experience.
3. Familiarity with the selective and exclusive environment of Sephora.
4. Excellent sales skills with makeup expertise.
5. Comfortable speaking in public and delivering impactful presentations.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in another foreign language is a plus.

2 years of experience in sales.
