1. Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and loyalty building.
2. Engage with customers to advise and sell MAKE UP FOR EVER products.
3. Conduct masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
4. Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and ensuring brand objectives are met.
5. Perform monthly reporting to managers based on provided briefs and guidelines.
6. Develop commercial partnerships with Sephora by respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive in-store animations.
7. Establish professional and trustworthy relationships with store managers and makeup department heads.
8. Conduct in-store training sessions for Sephora's color teams, especially during product launches.
9. Share makeup tips and techniques with store advisors to enhance MAKE UP FOR EVER's brand presence.
10. Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by the retailer.

1. Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is advantageous.
2. At least 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
3. Familiarity with the selective retail environment, particularly Sephora.

1. Essential makeup expertise and excellent sales skills.
2. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and able to communicate effectively in public.
3. Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for challenges.
4. Creative and commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; additional qualifications in makeup are beneficial.
