1. Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to all clients, including needs assessment, active listening, makeup application, and customer loyalty initiatives.
2. Engage with customers to advise and sell Make Up For Ever products.
3. Conduct masterclasses and ensure the maintenance of the work environment, including tester updates and hygiene standards.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and brand objectives, providing monthly reports to management.
5. Develop commercial partnerships with Sephora by respecting internal procedures and creating exclusive in-store animations.
6. Establish professional relationships with store management and makeup department heads.
7. Conduct in-store training sessions for Sephora's color teams, particularly during product launches.
8. Share makeup tips and techniques to enhance Make Up For Ever's brand presence in stores.
9. Participate in and lead regional training sessions organized by Sephora.

1. Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; a makeup school diploma is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales.
3. Familiarity with selective retail environments and Sephora's specificities.
