1. Develop and implement educational strategies to enhance business growth, focusing on conversion, average transaction value, and customer loyalty.
2. Establish effective commercial routines to improve in-store performance.
3. Coach and inspire the sales team to achieve retail excellence, providing feedback and motivation to enhance individual impact.
4. Design and execute engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of teams and partners.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the voice of Make-Up Artists and the brand to clients and distributors.

1. Significant experience in retail, approximately 3 years, ideally with a pedagogical dimension.

1. Strong leadership and charismatic communication skills.
2. Expertise in makeup with a keen artistic eye.
3. Proficiency in retail, sales, and digital platforms.
4. Ability to motivate teams and convey key messages effectively.
5. Capable of representing the brand with impactful and inspiring communication.
6. Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills across Commercial, Marketing, Communication, and Business Pro teams.
7. Willingness to travel frequently (70% of the time).
8. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.

Minimum of 3 years of significant retail experience, ideally complemented by pedagogical expertise.
