1. Oversee the management of the 3PL operating the central warehouse in Beauvais, ensuring logistical import and export flows.
2. Ensure customs compliance and manage transportation logistics.
3. Drive continuous improvement plans in collaboration with IT partners and other departments.
4. Manage the Total Logistic Cost Transport, calculating it globally and aligning it with HQ standards.
5. Develop and maintain excellent operational relationships with logistics service providers.
6. Control budget and transportation costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and quality improvements.
7. Lead the international logistics community within the brand.
8. Ensure efficient management of inbound and outbound flow interfaces between the central warehouse and partners.
9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and stock discrepancies.
10. Participate actively in the LVMH transport community, selecting transport partners and ensuring regulatory compliance.
11. Resolve transport and customs issues in collaboration with the ADV team.
12. Frequent travel to the logistics provider in Beauvais and occasional visits to transport and customs partners.

1. Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university degree.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Curiosity and dynamism.

A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in 3PL management, transportation, and customs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
