1. Support the construction and deployment of the 2025 Skills Development Plan.
2. Assist in the administrative and logistical management of training actions.
3. Update dashboards and support the implementation of indicators.
4. Support the deployment of the evaluation campaign and enhanced Professional Interviews at 6 years, coordinate within the HR Department and update tracking.
5. Develop communication plans and co-create Learning & Development content, including LMS development and new learning methods.
6. Assist in organizing onboarding seminars for new employees.
7. Research and create content for the Make Up For Ever LinkedIn account.
8. Co-organize and coordinate internal events.
9. Participate in the animation of the company's Campus community and the 'GET IN THE VIBE' integration program.
10. Occasionally participate in other Talent Development team projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 with a focus on Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong listening, adaptability, agility, and organizational skills.
3. Proactive and solution-oriented.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and creativity.
5. Team spirit.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 with a focus on Human Resources.
