Make Up For Ever Learning & Development Assistant Intern

- Assist in the development and deployment of the 2025 Skills Development Plan.
- Support the administrative and logistical management of training activities.
- Update dashboards and assist in the implementation of performance indicators.
- Aid in the deployment of evaluation campaigns and enhanced Professional Interviews at six-year intervals, coordinating within the HR Department and updating tracking systems.
- Develop communication plans and co-create Learning & Development content, including the development of the LMS and new learning methods.
- Support the organization of onboarding seminars for new employees.
- Research and create content for the Make Up For Ever LinkedIn account.
- Co-organize and coordinate internal events.
- Participate in the animation of the Maison's Campus community and the dedicated integration program "GET IN THE VIBE."
- Contribute to other projects within the Talent Development team as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong listening, adaptability, agility, and organizational skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and creativity.
- Team spirit and collaborative approach.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Human Resources.
