1. Develop and implement a strategic distribution plan, identifying opportunities and risks by channels and retailers.
2. Maintain and enhance brand presence and visibility in-store through strategic negotiations and partnerships.
3. Manage the entire process of counter openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring premium positioning and support.
4. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including department stores and malls.
5. Negotiate contracts with retailers and establish performance timelines.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as VMD, Marketing, and Communication to ensure alignment and quality.
7. Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
8. Represent the commercial organization within LVMH P&C brands to ensure synergy.

1. Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in negotiation and achieving sales and profitability targets.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop new market opportunities and ensure brand penetration.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
2. Strong professional presentation skills.
3. Ability to inspire trust and integrity, influencing clients and staff.
4. Dynamic team player with networking capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
