- Develop and implement a strategic distribution plan, identifying opportunities and risks by channels and retailers.
- Maintain and enhance brand presence and visibility in-store through strategic negotiations and partnerships.
- Manage the entire process of counter openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring premium positioning and support.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including department stores and malls.
- Negotiate contracts with retailers and establish performance timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as VMD, Marketing, and Communication to ensure alignment and quality.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the commercial organization within LVMH P&C brands to ensure synergy.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in negotiation and achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new market opportunities and ensure brand penetration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Strong professional presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire trust and integrity, influencing clients and staff.
- Dynamic team player with networking capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
