Make Up For Ever Key Account Manager

- Develop and implement a strategic distribution plan to identify opportunities and risks in the transforming market.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key partners to achieve organic growth and long-term objectives.
- Manage the entire process of counter openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring premium positioning and support from department stores.
- Negotiate contracts with retailers and establish performance timelines.
- Collaborate closely with VMD, Marketing, Communication, and Retail teams to ensure high-quality material production and meet retailer needs.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to team members and stakeholders.
- Negotiate promotional and visibility plans with retailers to support global target achievement.
- Represent the commercial organization in synergy with other LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics brands.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in negotiation and achieving sales results and profitability targets.
- Ability to develop new opportunities while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Strong professional presentation skills and ability to present business strategies.
- Ability to inspire trust and integrity, influencing clients and staff members.
- Dynamic team player with networking capabilities at local, regional, and global levels.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
