Make Up For Ever Key Account Manager
Make Up For Ever, a distinguished brand under the LVMH conglomerate, is renowned for its innovative approach to cosmetics and its commitment to excellence. - Develop and execute a strategic distribution plan to identify opportunities and risks across channels and retailers.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key partners to achieve organic growth and long-term objectives.
- Oversee the entire process of counter openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring premium positioning and support from department stores.
- Negotiate contracts with retailers and establish performance timelines.
- Collaborate closely with VMD, Marketing, Communication, and other departments to ensure the highest quality of materials and meet retailer needs.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to team members and stakeholders.
- Negotiate promotional and visibility plans with retailers to support global target achievement.
- Represent the commercial organization within LVMH P&C brands to ensure synergy and collaboration.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in negotiation and achieving sales results and profitability targets.
- Ability to develop new opportunities while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong professional presentation skills and ability to present business strategies effectively.
- Ability to inspire trust and integrity, influence clients and staff, and motivate teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the retail or luxury retail sector is required.
