- Develop innovative display concepts that meet market needs while managing costs and optimizing production and deployment solutions.
- Ensure alignment with the creative direction and merchandising strategy for product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) from briefing to market delivery, including managing tenders and supplier relationships.
- Maintain the cost-quality-timeline balance for each project according to brand and market priorities.
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to guide the creation and adaptation of merchandising concepts.
- Analyze POSM forecasts, verify order rationales, and optimize production against activation plans.
- Create global merchandising and trade guidelines for launches, including asset usage, display recommendations, and planograms.
- Oversee trade activities, scenography, customer journey, and retailtainment in collaboration with designers and local marketing teams.
- Manage budget tracking for POSM expenditures and outsourced design and planning.
- Work with local teams and headquarters' Business Development to strategize retail approaches across distribution channels.
- Ensure brand image and business balance in stores and with retailers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for market inquiries.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, post-launch analysis, and implement best practices.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Merchandising or Trade Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
- Ability to adapt to urgent situations and changes in direction.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years in merchandising or trade marketing is required, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
