- Assist in the preparation and construction of CRM campaigns, ensuring adherence to global guidelines and local constraints.
- Support the drafting of briefs and coordination with Marketing, Education, Design, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of guidelines and recommendations for markets.
- Participate in the development and proposal of new CRM mechanisms (loyalty, reactivation, acquisition).
- Monitor the production and deployment of automated emails (triggers) within customer journeys.
- Ensure proper integration and functioning of customer journeys: preparation of functional tests and follow-up with technical teams.
- Participate in the implementation of tests and optimization of automated systems.
- Support the Global CRM Project Manager on key international projects.
- Update performance indicators (KPIs) at a global and market level.
- Ensure operational follow-up of ongoing CRM projects (agenda management, minutes, follow-ups).
- Contribute to the analysis of trigger and ad hoc campaign performances, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
- Propose corrective actions and innovations through benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree in business school, communication, or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the makeup industry.
- Organized, proactive, and rigorous with a high level of reactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to the makeup industry and strong interest in trends.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in digital marketing/CRM is a plus.
Beginner level, ideally with prior internship experience in CRM.
Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree in business school, communication, or equivalent.
