- Assist in the preparation and development of CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with global directives and local constraints.
- Support the drafting of briefs and coordinate with Marketing, Education, Design, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of guidelines and recommendations for markets.
- Participate in brainstorming and proposing new CRM strategies for loyalty, reactivation, and acquisition.
- Monitor the production and deployment of automated emails (triggers) within customer journeys.
- Ensure the proper integration and functionality of customer journeys, including preparing functional tests and coordinating with technical teams.
- Assist in the implementation of tests and the optimization of automated systems.
- Support the Global CRM Project Manager on key international projects.
- Update performance indicators (KPIs) globally and by market.
- Ensure operational follow-up of ongoing CRM projects, including agenda management, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the analysis of trigger and ad hoc campaign performances, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
- Propose corrective actions and innovations through benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with prior CRM internship experience.
- Experience in the makeup industry is advantageous.
- Organized, proactive, and meticulous with strong reactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for the makeup industry and keen interest in trends.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in digital marketing/CRM is a plus.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a prior internship in CRM.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
