Make Up For Ever International CRM Assistant Internship

- Contribute to the development of CRM strategies for product launches, considering local market constraints.
- Identify best practices and relevant use cases through competitive analysis for each launch.
- Propose innovative and differentiated CRM mechanics.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement a 360° CRM strategy, facilitating workshops and documenting discussions.
- Monitor and compare international and local launch campaigns.
- Develop ad-hoc and automated international CRM campaigns, ensuring market constraints and CRM objectives are met.
- Coordinate content with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Education, and Artistic Direction.
- Prepare and validate weekly content with CRM and Artistic teams.
- Deliver content with CRM guidelines, recommendations, and best practices, addressing market inquiries.
- Propose new mechanics and innovative ideas aligned with market needs and international objectives through competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Update international and market-specific client KPI dashboards.
- Track ongoing projects, including sponsorships, new automatic campaigns, and brand identity contact strategies.
- Analyze the performance of automatic campaigns, identifying successes and failures, and sharing optimization recommendations.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Enthusiastic, curious, proactive, and a strong problem-solver.
- Fluent in English.
No prior professional experience required, though previous internships in CRM are advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
