International CRM Assistant Intern

Make Up For Ever is a French cosmetics brand founded in 1984 by Dany Sanz and part of the LVMH group since 1999. 1. Contribute to the development of CRM strategies for product launches in collaboration with the International CRM Manager.
2. Identify best practices and interesting use cases for each product launch.
3. Propose innovative and differentiating mechanics.
4. Collaborate with other departments to implement a 360° CRM strategy.
5. Monitor and compare international and local launch campaigns.
6. Create ad-hoc and automatic international CRM campaigns.
7. Coordinate content with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Education, and Artistic Direction.
8. Prepare and validate weekly content.
9. Deliver content with CRM guidelines and recommendations.
10. Update client KPI dashboards at an international and market level.
11. Track ongoing projects and campaign performances, providing optimization recommendations.

1. Currently a student at Bac +4/+5 level in business school, communication, or equivalent university.
2. Ideally, have a first internship experience in CRM, preferably in the makeup industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
3. Creativity and strong interest in trends.
4. Enthusiasm, curiosity, proactivity, and initiative.
5. Fluency in English.

Beginner level, ideally with a first internship experience in CRM.

Currently a student at Bac +4/+5 level in business school, communication, or equivalent university.
