- Serve as the primary HR partner for teams, advising and supporting managers in team organization, performance management, skill development, collective engagement, and individual situation management.
- Provide daily HR guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters.
- Assist managers in navigating significant changes, transforming roles, and evolving organizational structures while ensuring team buy-in and collective engagement.
- Support the company's transformation by promoting new work methodologies and organizational agility.
- Lead and support the transformation of roles, organizational evolution, and adoption of new work practices, ensuring team alignment and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment of expert and creative profiles, including permanent, temporary, and intern positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Facilitate tailored onboarding programs to ensure new employee engagement and commitment.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and propose action plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary assessments, talent identification, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs and manage skill development plans in line with strategic team goals.
- Support internal mobility and career progression, guiding employees in adapting to new challenges and roles.
- Ensure compliance with social legislation, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Manage sensitive individual situations such as disputes, disciplinary actions, and contract terminations, collaborating with social partners as needed.
- Provide consolidated HR reporting on workforce, recruitment, turnover, etc.
- Actively participate in global HR projects focusing on diversity, inclusion, engagement, and internal communication, driving transformation initiatives.
- Propose improvements to enhance employee experience, attract and retain talent.
- Contribute to psychosocial risk prevention and promote a supportive, stimulating, and inclusive work environment, especially during transformation periods.
- Support internal communication regarding transformation projects to enhance understanding, adoption, and success of initiatives.
- Lead or support HR transformation projects, including process digitalization, managerial practice evolution, deployment of new collaborative tools, and organizational adaptation to challenges.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or Social Law (Master's level).
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role within transforming environments.
- Successful experience in change management.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
- Service-oriented, pragmatic, autonomous, with confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Strong impact measurement and effectiveness evaluation skills.
- Leadership, educational skills, agility, and solution-oriented mindset.

Minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role, with a focus on change management in transforming environments.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Social Law.
