Global CRM Director

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead the design and implementation of personalized CRM campaigns using customer insights and data analysis.
- Manage CRM tools and loyalty programs, including developing and deploying new features.
- Oversee customer database management and optimization, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Promote best practices in CRM to improve customer experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of CRM experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Degree in business, marketing, digital, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in CRM, customer data management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful global CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
