Make Up For Ever Global CRM Director

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead the design and implementation of personalized CRM campaigns using customer insights and data analysis.
- Oversee project management related to CRM tools and loyalty programs, including the development and deployment of new features.
- Supervise the management and optimization of customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote the adoption of CRM best practices to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of CRM experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure MAKE UP FOR EVER remains at the forefront of CRM innovation and loyalty.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in CRM, customer data management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful global CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 7 to 10 years in CRM or related fields.
Degree in business, marketing, digital, or equivalent university qualification.
