- Participate in the development of the commercial animation plan.
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of e-commerce visual assets and campaigns.
- Implement and monitor product visibility recommendations through e-merchandising.
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics and compile monthly activity reports.
- Adapt product descriptions for the European market and develop online launch strategies.
- Develop the annual plan for Live Shopping events and coordinate with makeup artists.
- Engage with technical partners to ensure best practices and benchmarks for Live Shopping.
- Ensure website functionality and identify any bugs or regressions.
- Participate in the user acceptance testing process.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Project Manager to brief and support the customer service provider.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and creative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in the beauty and web industries.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
