Make Up For Ever Corporate Financial Controller

- Consolidate, verify, analyze, and present financial data for Make Up For Ever.
- Manage a diverse and evolving scope covering several headquarters departments and CAPEX tracking.
- Act as a strategic partner to directors and department heads to enhance financial performance through cost optimization.
- Prepare monthly provisions and make decisions in collaboration with accounting.
- Analyze monthly variances and support goal achievement.
- Alert on budget overruns and propose corrective actions.
- Develop summaries presenting results across various analytical dimensions.
- Prepare monthly tracking tables for key indicators.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with all departments.
- Present monthly cost tracking to the CFO.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial control (internship, apprenticeship, VIE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with accounting systems (AX, Esker) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Pedagogical ability to simplify financial concepts.
- Flexibility and assertiveness to adapt to diverse service populations.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Rigorous and precise in oral and written presentations.
Entry-level experience in financial control, ideally through internships or similar roles.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
